What you will be doing…
- As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store effectively & efficiently to increase sales and drive profitability
- Follow Bakers + Baristas operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of the team and customers during each shift
- Develop, motivate, and inspire your team, promoting high levels of engagement and a culture to be proud of
- Deliver the highest standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness
- Create a customer focused environment and have a unique skill for anticipating what our customers’ need
About you…
- You will have previous experience in a customer focused environment
- Standards and quality driven management style
- Ability to influence sales through your team and excellent customer service
- Previous leadership experience in a Retail Store Manager role
- Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
- Strong communication and organisational skill
- ·Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office
