Previous experience is not necessary, however an understanding of how to delight our customers with exceptional service is a must, as is the ability to work flexibly.
1. Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic are essential to this role.
2. Previous experience within a customer focused role is preferred but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
3. Willingness to support management with ad hoc tasks.
4. A love for fashion and the ability to express this through providing first class customer service.
